We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Training Manager to join our team at Manje Compliance and Consulting. The Assistant Branch Training Manager will be responsible for assisting the Manager to overseeing the running of the entire training business at the branch level, including managing and rolling out training programs for clients, maintaining the trainer database nationwide, handling general office administration, managing staff, maintaining and expanding the QCTO accreditation scope, managing sales, staying updated with SETA and QCTO requirements, marketing Manje's services, speaking to clients, and managing supplier relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and grow the training business at the branch level
- Manage and roll out training programs for clients, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction
- Outsource and maintain the trainer database for all regions in South Africa
- Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies and facilities
- Manage and support staff, including training and development
- Maintain and expand the QCTO accreditation scope for the company
- Manage sales activities, including cold calling, following up with previous clients, and bringing in new business
- Stay up to date with SETA and QCTO requirements and regulations
- Lead marketing efforts for Manje's services, including developing marketing strategies and materials
- Communicate with clients to understand their training needs and provide solutions
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in training and development, sales, and/or office administration
- Strong knowledge of QCTO/SETA accreditation processes and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
