**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Coordination**: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing sales campaigns. Coordinate with different departments (marketing, sales, product teams) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update campaign tracking spreadsheets, CRM databases, and other sales tools. Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports on key metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, customer feedback, and ROI. Analyze results to identify trends and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- **Communication & Support**: Act as the point of contact for internal teams regarding campaign-related inquiries. Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and materials to engage with prospects effectively.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Ensure all campaign documentation is up to date and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This includes tracking contracts, promotions, and any related agreements.
- **Scheduling & Logistics**: Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other campaign-related events. Manage calendars, organize travel if needed, and handle logistics to ensure smooth execution of campaign activities.
- **Customer Interaction**: Assist in handling customer inquiries or concerns related to ongoing sales campaigns, providing timely and professional responses.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather feedback from sales representatives, customers, and other stakeholders to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment. Experience managing or supporting sales campaigns is a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign management software.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, management, and clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during campaign execution.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adjust to changing priorities.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign goals.
