**COMMERCIAL - CUSTOMER ACQUISITION**

One of our largest, fastest growing tech company in the logistics industry are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Client Acquisition Consultants to handle inbound calls, build customer value, upsell, and close deals to contribute to the growth of our customer base.

This role requires a strong ability to understand customer needs, effectively communicate the benefits of companies services, and meet or exceed sales targets.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers.
- Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of companies services.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the Client Acquisition Manager to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

**Skills and experience we think you’ll need to be successful in the role**:

- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a high call volume environment selling to international (ideally UK) customers
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the difference between value and features.

**Working Schedule**:

- UK Hours (Start times may vary, dependent on seasons and peak times for company)
- Two Weekend days per month and two weekdays off per month (5 day working week)

**Company Benefits**
- Salary R15-18,000 per month
