**A bit about the role**:
This role is a fantastic opportunity to level up your sales career in a start-up environment within a greenfield territory. The companys modern, end-to-end platform, which streamlines and automates AML compliance, has been adopted by some of the largest financial institutions in South Africa. Theyre looking for an energetic, hardworking, driven individual with the passion and initiative to execute a world-class sales process targeted at new business acquisitions.

The Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

Your daily adventures include: - Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline (100% net new logo) - Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives - Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities - Work closely with the customer success and product team to achieve customer satisfaction What it takes to succeed: - 3 + years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on new business - Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology - A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets - Skills in building business champions and running a complex sale process - Skills in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities - Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility. High EQ and self-aware - Driven and competitive: Possess a strong desire to be successful
