_We're looking for a motivated and experienced Business Hunter to help us improve our brand recognition and boost our client base. This is an exciting opportunity to create & execute on action plans and sales strategies that will help us reach our growth ambitions — including new customer acquisition and service optimization._

Here's what you'll be doing:

- Identify, research and actively engaging potential clients
- Actively develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop bespoke service & rate proposals
- Conducting ongoing market research and
- Develop key insights from customer and competitor data
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Track and report weekly, on the pipeline activity
- Actively driving the end-to-end sales process. Action is key

- To be successful in this role, here's what we'll be looking out for:_
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales _(ideally in a start-up environment)_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a particular eye for detail
- Familiarity & experience within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Talent Acquisition industry (Ideal preference, but not required)
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficiency with CRM, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective clients

**Job Types**: Contract, Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
- B2B Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Talent Acquisition industry: 2 years (preferred)
