Sales Administrator

Leading National Services Provider based in the Northern Suburbs is recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator, with at least 2 -3 years’ experience within the food industry, The ideal incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Loading contracts onto the system
Loading broadsheets onto the system
Maintaining of sales reports and contracts
Report on supplier promotions
Contribute positively towards achievement of sales team
Update data sheet used for quotations
Assist with contract queries
General Filing duties
Perform administration duties for the Sales management team
Daily Sales Reporting
Train, promote and assist reps in selling benefits of the system to customers
Assist in the training and setting up of the targeted customers’ initial shopping baskets, in tandem with the particular sales consultants.
Assist customers and sales consultants with any technical or general challenges
Give regular accurate reporting on the progress/tracking of sales
Play a fundamental role in the budget process
Assist with retrieving of data required to complete tender documents
Take part in stock take
**Education**:
Matric Certificate / Diploma (System Admin) adv.
MS Office (Word, Excel (Advanced), Outlook)
Previous experience of 2 - 3 years in the food industry preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional telephonic skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Good listener
Capacity to maintain contracts
High energy levels
Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
Ability to work independently and be part of a team
Realise the urgency of maintaining contracts
Ability to lead, work with and, be part of a team
Capacity to manage people dynamics
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
