**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage customer segmentation and data-driven customer profiling to ensure effective targeting and personalization.
- Implement designs into CRM tools like Klaviyo and schedule send times to optimize for performance.
- Continuously track and report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to drive campaign improvement.

- Strong knowledge of CRM principles and strategies, including customer segmentation, profiling, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce, CPG, and consumer brand marketing strategies, including building loyal customer bases, increasing customer LTV, and nuturing and converting prospects into customers.
- Experience with marketing automation and personalization tools.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in both an in-house and agency role is a plus.
- Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
