**PURPOSE**
The main purpose of the Head Facilities and Physical Security is to manage and ensure reliability of Auxiliary Infrastructure and Services to provide a suitable efficient and effective and safe working environment for BankservAfrica and its employees.

**You will engage with the following stakeholders**:

- Risk/Audit/Procurement

- Vendors
- Regulatory Bodies

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure team and individual goals are aligned to BU strategy, documented, clearly understood and regularly reviewed
- Identify and scope opportunities for improvement / innovation
- Deploy client or company specific projects in line with company standards and in agreement with line manager
- Manage and ensure Auxiliary Infrastructure and services
- Manage and oversee the Selby and Randburg facilities domain
- Ensure a safe and fully functional processing and office environment
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
- Manage allocation of office space as required
- Ensure that auxiliary infrastructure and services are fully operational and maintained
- Ensure office environment and facilities are maintained and reliable at all times
