- As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Ensure that the Head Office is in compliance with Occupational health requirements including the OHS ACT
- Relations management
- Team leader for Fire Fighting including trainings, exercises and support
- Ensure availability and functioning of Safety, health and medical equipment, training and sufficient available staff support
- Support with organisation of company events in Head Office
- Head office Waste management
- Facilities supply and contract management
- Office signage and compulsory publications
- Coordination of certifications related to HO
- Management of access control data

**Context and environment**
- The head office situated in Rosebank, Johannesburg. There are approximately 500 employees working from the office.
- As a Facilities Manager, ideally you will possess the following:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similiar role
