**Financial requirements**

Processing of the cashbook daily for the group of companies by uploading the bank statement via Bank Manager on Pastel Sage

Monthly preparation of bank reconciliations sent to accountants for review

Create Sales Order on Sage Evolution based on confirmed orders

Obtain PODs with follow ups and admin checks in preparation for invoicing

Raise invoice on Sage Evolution using the Sales Order generated

Creditors and payment verification process

Ensuring daily/weekly updates of payments lists together with age analysis and payment terms

Monthly creditors reconciliations

Supplier Liaison

Debtors function

Daily updating and reporting of Debtor’s list

Oversight and analysis of customer credit terms and limits in conjunction with the operations team

Month End Duties

**General requirements**:
Minimum 2 years accounting experience

Experience with a fuel or property business would be advantageous

Financial diploma or certificate preferable

Analytical and problem-solving abilities a requirement

Able to work with multiply companies

Able to work independently

Effective time management

Able to work in high pressure environment and deadline driven

Pastel Evolution experience

Computer literacy in excel, word and outlook

Able to travel to Plattekloof, Northern Suburbs

Proficient in English and/or Afrikaans

South African citizen
