**DUTIES**:

- **Take minutes at meetings**

- **Assist with project planning and execution**

- **Conduct research and prepare reports**

- **Draw up presentations on PowerPoint**
***:

- **Assist with Debtors / Creditors**
***:

- **Assist MD with client relations and complaints**
***:

- **Ad-hoc tasks**
***

**REQUIREMENTS**:
***
- **Diploma in secretarial, business management or bookkeeping**
***:

- **5 years’ admin experience**
***:

- **Background in financial industry with good understanding of financial management and accounting language**
***:

- **Excellent communication skills - verbal and written**
***:

- **Strong problem solving skills**
***:

- **MS Office (Word and PowerPoint)**
***:

- **Valid driver’s license (mínimal travel required)**
***
