The duties of the Admin Assistant will include, among others, the following:
Answering incoming calls and taking messages for Service Controller to call the customers back.
Checking inContact on a daily basis and placing orders from inContact list.
Maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet to log all orders
Ensure accurate capture of Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs)
Review toner yield to identify discrepancies and calculate shortfalls and invoice customers accordingly
Manage the transfer of stock and the invoicing process for customers as well as stock management and conducting stock take
Monthly meter readings
We require a friendly, professional person who is willing and able to take instructions and understand and carry out their job properly. The salary on offer for this position is R 12 000 negotiable dependent on experience.

STOCK-TAKE EXPERIENCE A HUGE ADVANTAGE
KNOWLEDGE OF USING ACCOUNTING PROGRAMS
COMPUTER L ITERATE
SOLID EXPERIENCE USING EXCEL SPREADSHEETS
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT
MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
