**Role**:
Management Accounts and Month/Year End conclusion:
Daily cash book processing for Stowe Holdings and affiliated entities.

Request for invoices and supporting information from all suppliers.

Vetting of supplier invoices to SARS requirements.

Ensuring that supplier invoices correlate to the relevant purchase orders on Sage.

Processing of Supplier Invoices against purchase orders generated for Stowe Holdings and affiliated entities.

Management and tracking of cost of sales accruals with asset management division.

Ensuring accuracy and validity of information by allocating to the correct expense accounts per budgets.

Accurate processing of VAT in accordance to SARS legislative requirements.

Management of creditors age analysis and monthly reporting.

Assistance with all required documentation and queries during annual audit.

Maintenance of monthly accrual processing

Creditors Reconciliation:
Request of supplier invoice and statements from all suppliers.

Reconciliation of monthly supplier accounts and submission for payment.

Management of all supplier accounts and relationships as key stakeholders to the entity.

Management and clearing of all queries with suppliers.

Supplier Payments:
Preparation of payment request for all weekly payments for Stowe Holdings and affiliated entities.

Daily maintenance of cashflow projections based on invoices/statements received.

Distribution of proof of payments and remittances upon payment release.

Administrative Functions:
Maintaining accurate records by ensuring that all documentation is filed daily.

Adherence to policies and procedures.

Adhoc assistance to management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in accounting or finance
- 3 - 5 years experiences within a creditor’s roles with bookkeeping experience
- Experience using Sage Evolution is a prerequisite with a key understanding of the supplier invoicing and purchase order matching for local and foreign suppliers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships within the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Plattekloof, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
