**Project Administrator**

**Job Summary**

The Project Administrator at IconAF is Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. As a Project manager, you are required to **plan and designate project resources**, **prepare budgets**, **monitor progress**, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage of the project.

Responsibilities are to look over the team, **manage client expectations**, **build a project plan**, and manage the delivery of outcomes. This position reports to project manager.

**2.** **Responsibilities & Duties**

The responsibility of the project Administrator is not exhaustive and may change from time-to-time as decided by Management. We are a high impact, rapid progression organisation. Your contribution will help improve the workflow and process of the business, and therefore, the efficiency.
- Develop and implement project strategy management strategy in line with the company strategy
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects,
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget,
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

**Business Responsibilities**:

- Project risk reporting
- Weekly Reports
- Send out weekly reports of completed and outstanding tasks
- Monthly Report
- Send out month-end reports on the progress of projects handled.

**Key performance Measures**:

- Ensure that all projects handled are delivered on time, within the project scope

and within budget..
- Ensure adequate project representation with the clients and management.
- Manage progress and report to the business on project progress
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate project activities in accordance with the agreed

project plan
- Develop and implement project strategy management strategy in line with the company strategy.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Degree or a diploma in project management or prior experience in handling and managing projects
- Ability to create project plans on MS projects, basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, accuracy in administration, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in business writing.

**Required skills for the position will include**:

- Degree or a diploma in project management or prior experience in handling and managing projects
- Ability to create project plans on MS projects, basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, accuracy in administration, and multitasking skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
