- Valid SA Barcoded/Smart ID
- Matric or Equivalent
- Experience Minimum of one year experience in fraud detection and/or fraud investigation preferred.
- Minimum six months experience in a customer service environment required, call center experience preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year BPO call centre experience (Essential)
- A minimum of 6 months sales experience (Essential)
- A minimum of 1 Insurance experience (Advantageous)
- An excellent command of the English language (grammar, pronunciation, pace and voice clarity)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Driven with a passion to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Confident and engaging individual with the ability to build exceptional rapport with customers
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, profile customers and match products to individual needs
- Computer literate and process expertise (Desktop and Online Applications) with the ability to ‘type and talk’
- Target driven and self-motivated in order to meet and exceed both team and individual project targets

- Basic Salary, ranging from a minimum of R 7 000.00 to a maximum of R8 500.00 (depending on experience)
