We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist - Fraud Prevention to join our remote team in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement robust fraud prevention strategies, ensuring their security and success in an ever-evolving threat landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Guidance: Provide trusted advice on fraud prevention and cybersecurity best practices, helping clients make informed decisions to safeguard their operations.
- Client Engagement: Regularly interact with clients worldwide, offering tailored support and real-time insights to maximize our solutions and stay ahead of emerging threats.
- Custom Onboarding: Lead virtual onboarding sessions, empowering clients to optimize their security processes using our cutting-edge tools.
- Deliver Real Value: Continuously assess client needs, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions and stay one step ahead of fraudsters and cybercriminals.
- Upsell with Purpose: Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and features that will enhance each client's security strategy, and offer solutions that align with their goals.
- Seamless Contract Renewals: Proactively manage client renewals, ensuring a seamless process while positioning clients to expand and upgrade their services.
What We're Looking For:
- Industry Expertise: Minimum 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, with a focus on fraud prevention or cybersecurity solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity tools and fraud detection technologies, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to business clients.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipate client needs before they arise and address potential challenges, ensuring clients always feel supported and secure.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at developing trust and building strong, ongoing partnerships with clients—making you an indispensable resource.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Able to identify client needs and offer additional services that will drive their success, while also benefiting the business.
- Clear Communication: Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in a simple, relatable way. Whether via Zoom, email, or chat—you're a clear and persuasive communicator.
