**Senior Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients in the Payroll and HR sectors, introducing them to our cutting-edge software solutions and uncovering promising sales prospects.
- Skillfully ask relevant questions to gain insights into customers' needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint key decision-makers within target companies. Understand their pain points and adeptly convey how our offerings can effectively address their challenges.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the exceptional value and benefits of our solutions.
- Evaluate and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with prospects, guiding opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Tailor our solutions to cater to the unique needs of customers, based on an understanding of their pain points and business obstacles.
- Collaborate with internal departments to negotiate and finalize deals, working towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Leverage your expertise in Payroll and/or Human Resources to provide insights and unlock opportunities in these domains.

**Required Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in telemarketing or a comparable sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales quotas, preferably through telephone-based interactions.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, Asana, and other project management tools, to efficiently track and manage leads and sales activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that captivate and engage prospects.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to adeptly handle customer concerns.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working both independently and remotely.
- Driven by results, with a focus on achieving targets persistently.
- Patient and resilient, with the ability to gracefully manage customer rejections.
- High school diploma; an Associate's degree or higher is a valuable asset.

Pay: R150.00 - R180.00 per hour
