**Customer Growth Consultant**

**COMMERCIAL - LEAD GENERATION**

One of our major client is seeking Customer Growth Consultant who will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, generating leads, and converting them into customers.

This role requires a strong ability to understand customer needs.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Build relationships, upsell, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the Client Growth Manager to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

**Skills and experience we think you’ll need to be successful in the role**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with B2B or B2C experience (preferably B2C).
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.
- CRM Experience (HubSpot Preferable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the difference between value and features.

**Working Schedule**:

- UK Hours
- Two Weekend days per month and two weekdays off per month (5 day working week)
