This position reports to the **Head of Operations**..

**Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:

- Responsible for the daily driver trade metrics relating to Mr D Food's secondary driver pool (Cloud Driver Supply). This includes all areas operated under Cloud Driver Supply.
- Management responsibility over driver supply leads, driver supply coordinators, operations associates and driver supply administrative team.
- Ensure efficient and on-time payment of Mr D Food drivers through close collaboration with the finance team.
- Ensure driver support service levels are maintained throughout various driver communication channels.
- Implement coherent recruitment and retention strategies/plans for the Mr D Food secondary driver pool.
- Monitor service level KPIs for the order success team responsible for operational support provided to the secondary driver pool.
- Responsible for the execution of internal and external initiatives conducted through the secondary driver supply capability.
- Implement projects related to the driver operation of Mr D Food.
- Identify continuous areas of improvement within the secondary driver pool operations and initiate actions and implement processes based on requirements.
- Responsible for the execution of new Mr D Food areas operated through the secondary driver supply network.
- Assist with the process development for order success relating to the secondary driver pool.
- Carry out Mr D Food driver requirements and execute on the supply of these drivers.
- Provide input towards the secondary driver pool recruitment product initiatives.
- Hire staff within budget and required timelines.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience Or relevant university degree in logistics/commerce with minimum 3 years experience in an operations management or general management environment
- Experience in leading people
- Track record of ability to execute
