Assist with telephonic IT support
Creating tickets for walk-in and call-in requests
Assign tickets to support agents
Escalate incidents & priority support
Help enforce policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:
3 Years + Industry Experience
Strong administration skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with customers and technicians
Previous experience working with ticketing systems
Organised and able multi-task
Attention to detail
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
Able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative and fast-paced environment
