- Assisting the postgraduate programme coordinator with administrative support;-
- Arranging meetings and appointments;-
- Taking notes and minutes of meetings;-
- Assisting with project support;-
- Assisting with the maintenance of Ukwanda's research outputs;-
- Assisting with events hosted by Ukwanda;-
- Assisting and maintaining information for the Ukwanda website, Wikipedia page, and social media platforms;-
- Assisting with additional duties when other administrative staff are on leave.Job Requirements/Pos VereistesA minimum of a certificate in Business Administration or equivalent;-
- Proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;-
- Proficiency in information sharing and retrieval on internet and social media platforms;-
- Working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Teams;-
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills;-
- Exceptional communication skills in both Afrikaans and English;-
- High-level organising, planning, prioritising and administrative skills;-
- The ability to manage and adapt to change;-
- A high level of emotional intelligence;-
- A driver's license or working towards getting a driver's license.Recommendation/AanbevelingThe ability to communicate in isiXhosa.
