Front Desk Administrator

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Front Desk Administrator is responsible for the management of the reception area, switchboard and providing clerical and administrative support for office.
**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:
- General office administration
- Answering the switchboard taking messages
- Ordering of stationery and office consumables
- Filing of invoices
- Processing of quotations/invoices from various suppliers/manufacturers
- Maintenance of cost sheets and budgets in Excel
- Point of contact for the finance department and processing of payments.
- Work related shopping/sourcing of items
- Managing boardroom and meeting room bookings
- Ensuring boardroom, meeting room and reception area remains neat and tidy.
- Taking refreshment orders for meetings as required
- Arranging courier collections and acceptance of deliveries
- Maintenance of key distributions
- Any other duties as may from time to time be assigned to you by the Manager.
**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Minimum Grade 12 required;
- Experience: At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills;
- Accurate and meticulous
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Good telephone etiquette;
- Discretion and integrity;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Self-motivated
