Project Manager: Casp

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Project management(Implementation of projects according to business plans, within prescribed time schedule according to the GANTT CHART);
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, project teams, beneficiaries and develop an effective liaison network;
- Continuous quality control of projects from the initiation date until the date of completion;
- Effective administration and record keeping in line with Standard Operating procedures;
- Adhere to Financial - and Audit Regulations;
- Ensure compliance of systems for internal and external auditing purposes
- Ensure compliance with tender and procurement procedures;
- Deliver quality quarterly and completion reports;
- Enforce the Occupational Health and Safety Act on projects
- Address potential risks with additional measures to secure against theft;
- Ensure accurate monthly cash flows projections of projects;
- Ensure that the expenditure is within the budget limits and overspending within budget items is authorised;
- Ensure that projects do not exceed 3 months deviance from baseline except if it was out of his/her control;
**TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL HAVE**:

- The applicable tertiary qualification in Agriculture
- NQF Level 6 Project Management Qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in project management, budgeting, procurement and report writing
- A valid code B driver’s license;
