**Job Opportunity** at 1Nebula**:
The purpose of this position is to provide effective service delivery as a Business Support Specialist - Finance to a client of Nebula. To ensure that all financial administration tasks and submissions are done timeously and to the required standard on a monthly base.

**What **Y**ou** will do within this role (Your key responsibilities)**:
**_ Service Delivery Administration_**
- Ensure that all financial reconciliations, reports and submissions are completed timely, accurately
- Compile and present reports as required in a timely manner and to complete accuracy
- Manage incidents and service requests by resolving, investigating and escalating to relevant stakeholders as required.

**_Knowledge Management_**
- Continuous financial and technical knowledge development, within the telecommunications field, by devising an active and deliberate plan of research and active study.

**_Vendor Interaction and Administration_**
- Liaise with providers with regards to the full spectrum of service delivery requests.
- Ensure that vendor meetings are scheduled on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyse stats supplied by vendors and recommended improvements on monthly basis.
- Provide regular reports pertaining to vendor deviations and variations.

**_Asset/Site Data Management_**
- Maintain an asset register and keep OneView updated.

- Grade 12
- BCom Degree or Diploma in accounting or financial management will be advantageous.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication etiquette and skills

- Data Integrity & Archiving
- Basic SAP
