Responsible for developing trade with Speciality Food Ingredients/ Food chemicals Market, this includes Sweeteners, Stabilisers, Vitamins etc and Industrial chemicals

The successful applicants will have the following skills & experience:

- Well developed interpersonal & rapport building skills.
- A demonstrated history of customer & sales growth.
- An expert knowledge of the food flavour & ingredients industry.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth within existing clients and develop new business.
- Superior communication & presentation skills.

**MARGIN, VOLUME & COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Effectively collaborate with supply chain professionals & customer service
- Provide results through deep understanding of customer needs and translating those needs into innovative and sustainable business opportunities.
- Deliver against margin objectives. Communicate price quotes that attain
product line objectives.
- Work to maximize sustainable growth and margin for the prospective customers.
- Collaborates with sales management/leaders/teams to develop overall objectives and growth strategies.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree (field of study in Business, Food or related science preferred)
- Minimum 3 years B2B (ingredient sales preferred) customer facing or sales/service experience.

Driver's License

- Personal experience calling on, major consumer food and beverage companies located in South Africa.
