We are looking for a trustworthy and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Supplier Replenishment Administrator.

The purpose of the Supplier Replenishment Administrator is to enhance the collaborative working relationship between the stores and their suppliers in the replenishment space. The primary focus is improving customer service levels while optimizing inventory.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Matric certificate
- 2-4+ years MS Excel skills and knowledge, _including formulas, functions, and pivot tables (Pre-requisite)_
- 2+ Years FMCG and retail supply chain and knowledge
- Experience in using SAP Retail
- Strong communication skills

**Critical Competencies**
- Knowledge of the FMCG / Wholesale industry
- Problem solving
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to work with and interpret data
- Planning and organizing
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with both clients and co-workers

**Main Duties**
- Manage the short-term replenishment cycle
- Ensure that orders are placed on the correct nominated order day
- Review stock levels on a daily basis and expedite orders on critically low stocks
- Optimize order quantities to drive supply chain efficiencies
- Place orders for and escalate customer requests as per the defined process
- Ensure that discontinued articles are not ordered

**You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, be a team player and passionate about service delivery.**

Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed in the interview.
