**Position Overview**:
As the **Group Sales and Marketing Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of BlackBrick Hotels by formulating and executing sales and marketing strategies aimed at growing the corporate market. Your goal will be to increase revenue, enhance brand awareness, and grow our presence within the business travel sector, ensuring we remain the preferred choice for corporate clients and professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Marketing Strategy Development**: Develop targeted marketing strategies tailored to the corporate market, highlighting BlackBrick’s unique value propositions for business travelers, such as co-working spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, and proximity to business hubs.
- ** Sales Management**: Lead initiatives to attract corporate clients, including partnerships with businesses, event organizers, and travel agencies, while also driving client retention strategies.
- ** Corporate Relations**: Cultivate relationships with corporate clients and business networks to foster partnerships that increase room nights and event bookings across all properties.
- ** Leadership**: Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and direction needed to meet revenue targets, with a focus on the corporate segment.
- ** Budgeting**: Oversee the creation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that yield maximum return on investment.
- ** Market Analysis**: Work with the Revenue Manager to analyze corporate market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, adjusting strategies to remain competitive and attractive to business travelers.
- ** Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure corporate guests receive a seamless, high-quality experience from booking to check-out.
- ** Event Representation**: Represent BlackBrick at business travel events, corporate roadshows, and trade exhibitions, promoting our brand and services to corporate buyers and decision-makers.
- ** Partnership Development**: Develop partnerships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, and tourism organizations to drive awareness and bookings.
- ** Performance Reporting**: Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators, including corporate sales growth, guest satisfaction, and market share.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry, specifically targeting the **corporate segment**.
- Deep understanding of the needs of **business travelers**, corporate booking trends, and the ability to tailor marketing strategies to this demographic.
- Established network within corporate travel agencies, business travel organizers, and corporate accounts.
- Strong leadership and team management experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding corporate sales targets.
- Knowledge of **digital marketing trends** and tools to promote corporate offers and packages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly within the corporate and business travel sectors.
