**Position Overview**:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in enhancing the visibility and impact of our brands, including DJI, reLoved, and InRetail, in the region. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and executing marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and drive brand success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns across diverse channels including digital, social media, PR, events, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, finance) to ensure seamless campaign execution and adherence to budget.
- Monitor campaign performance with advanced analytics tools, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
- ** Content Creation and Management**:

- Oversee the development of compelling content (copy, visuals, videos, infographics) that connects with target audiences.
- Partner with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely publication across various platforms.
- ** Brand Management and Positioning**:

- Cultivate and sustain strong brand identities for each of the company’s brands.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics.
- ** Market Research and Analysis**:

- Perform comprehensive market research to define target audiences and analyse market trends.
- Utilise market data to guide marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- ** Budget Management and Reporting**:

- Develop and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, including metrics, ROI analysis, and budget tracking.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine future marketing strategies.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, retail, or technology.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management, organisational, and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with a knack for generating innovative marketing ideas.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp) and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
