Your role as an appointment setter is very important. You are the first line of contact for many potential customers, and your job is to qualify those leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives. There are a few key things that appointment setters need to do in order to be successful.

This role is not roughly cold calling. As an Appointment Setter, you need to be good at qualifying leads. This means determining whether or not the person they're speaking with is a likely customer. You need to be able to build relationships with potential customers. Finally, you need to be able to schedule appointments that work for both the customer and the sales representative.

The outcome expected of this individual is:

- Make 100-200 or more attempts per day from the thousands of leads
- Set six (6) appointments per day for every 50 calls made
- Set twelve (12) appointments per day for every 100 calls made
- Realistic ramp up period

Responsibilities include:

- Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls; qualifying clients & verifying information
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
- Establishing and building an amazing report with the clients
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

- Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and articulately - excellent communication skills
- Distiller - Ability to understand and translate complex concepts and technical information into practical marketing language
- People Person - You must have a positive attitude and love connecting with and serving others
- Proactivity - Acts without being told what to do. Has an ability to foresee needs before they arise.
- Work ethic - Processes a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes work long hours to get the job done. Has a track record of working hard.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

- Cold calling experience is a MUST
- Digital marketing experience a plus but not required
- Amazing on the phone
- Intense follow-up - the fortune is in the follow-up

Compensation:

- Compensation for this role will be paid on a salary basis
- Compensation will be provided on a bi-weekly basis
