**Learning and Development (L&D) Intern**

Type: Full time, 12-month internship contract

Location: Fully remote

Brain eBox seeks to appoint two L&D interns to join our team.

The role would be suited to an individual with an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, who has a strong interest in specialising in the Training / Learning and Development portfolio within Human Resources.

It is very important to understand that this role will involve you working independently on course design / writing assignments every day. You will have mínimal interaction with others (1 hour per day on average), and so this role is suited to an individual who enjoys working independently and is naturally goal-orientated and focused.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an L&D intern, you will receive training and support to complete the functions listed below which form part of your key responsibilities.
- Conduct research and interpret, collate and present research findings
- Develop training outlines, training materials and assessments
- Editing, proof reading and formatting of training documents
- Maintain project documentation

**Qualifications**

Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences required.

- Since we work fully remote, an essential requirement will be that you have evidence of a strong, reliable Wi-Fi internet connection as well as a space where you will be able to work from in a focused manner.
- You must be already be based in Cape Town and surrounds as we will meet in person on an ad hoc basis when required.
