We are looking for an organised, detail-orientated and driven L&D Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team at our Cape Union Mart Head Office in Cape Town.

The core purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the L&D team and various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Running reports to communicate progress and project performance to the relevant internal stakeholders
- Providing updates and support in the development of daily and weekly reports, dashboards and other communications
- Contacting sites telephonically to get relevant project related information
- Serving as a project librarian, keeping accurate records of project documentation
- Invoice management: Loading suppliers and processing invoices
- SETMIS Management: Managing the Cape Union Mart profile on the SETA online system
- Updating relevant project reports where applicable
- Collating worksheets and required project documentation
- Communicating administrative delays to Project Leads
- Providing daily accurate feedback and reports as required
- Supplying relevant project documentation when and if required
- Assisting in maintaining updated project schedule on a weekly basis
- Assisting with external scheduling and communication
- Administration of the Learner Management system for blended learning
- Acting as the primary liaison for learner queries
- Support, participate, execute and deliver on ad-hoc duties and responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement and self-development

**Qualifications and Experience Required**
- A matric certificate and a NQF level 5 (Higher Certificate) is required
- A tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Experience in working with the SETA SETMIS system is vital
- Proven knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office is important (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint), especially working with Excel and Powerpoint
- Understanding of B-BBEE scorecard requirements, specifically as it relates to Skills Development, is required
