Human Resource Business Partner HR - GENERAL

Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa

As an HR Business Partner with a specialization in payroll, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of payroll processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll have the opportunity to implement best practices, streamline procedures, and drive strategic initiatives that directly contribute to the success of our organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Beneficial).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR management role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations in South Africa.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll (preferably Payspace), performance management and employee engagement.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret HR data and metrics to support decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
