Established concern based in Pietermaritzburg is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team
**Key Functions include**:
- Cover the entire HR scope of work, including BBBEE.
- Develop training programs and material.
- Conduct organizational needs assessment.
- Lead training and coaching programs and assess program impact.
- Manage training schedules and direct individual trainers.
- Assist with day-to-day payroll related activities and processing of all payrolls (± 600 employees) including the accurate remuneration payments to employees and maintaining the integrity of the payroll.
- General administration, confidential filing, UIF and processing of tax directives.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of year-end salary reviews.
- Assist with the management of retirement funds, medical aid benefits and processing thereof.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Grade 12 with a Diploma/Degree in Human Sciences or equivalent NQF level of academic credentials.
- Recent, relevant and valid payroll certification of competence.
- 3-5 years’ experience in training specialisation.
- 3-5 years’ experience in payroll inclusive of executive administration.
- Ability to demonstrate above average data analysis, organisational, presentation, leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Confidentiality and integrity, attention to detail, deadline driven and good business acumen is essential.
- Ability to demonstrate computer literacy in MS Office 365 and VIP Payroll.
