**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Provide an effective and efficient service to HR team and business by managing HR systems and effectively co-ordinating and reporting on HR activities and processes, with a focus on HR Administration.
**Payroll Administration**: VIP Premier
Dealing with salary related queries
Processing of Time and Attendance
Eco-Time support to the stores
Uniform distribution
Recruitment admin
HR administrative duties, organizing and updating training schedules, shortlisting and scheduling of interviews, IOD reporting & attending to queries, Labour/ Health inspections documentation and resolving general employee relations issues.
Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Minimum of three years experience working in HR (negotiable)
Professional Skills and Knowledge
Computer literacy is essential (Windows)
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel)
Excellent Administration skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to accurately follow instructions
Sage VIP Premier payroll experience advantageous
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Be able to work on deadlines
A high level of accuracy and numerical skills
A high service-orientation and enjoy working in a team
Sound knowledge of payroll
