**It would be WOW if you would bring this in**
- Matric or equivalent; and diploma in business administration, sales, or related field will have an advantage.
- Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or rental management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in G-Suits
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of the rental industry and relevant products/services is a plus
**What will you do while you wow**
- Process rental agreements and reservations
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and scheduling appointments.
- Conduct inventory checks and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure availability of rental products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform financial tasks related to rentals and services, such as processing service and rental quotes, payments, issuing invoices, and managing credit checks.
