Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Time Personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and the ability to work independently with good timekeeping.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to serve as the first point of contact for clients, develop strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our sales team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Manage office tasks, correspondence, and coordinate orders and deliveries.
  • Provide product information and handle queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support the sales team by assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Estimated Salary: R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum
