**Job Description**:

- Coordinates commercial planning and risk management activities associated with the global/ regional portfolio of work relevant to the team where this role resides.

Your duties will include:

- Facilitate the commercial planning pipeline and associated management routines to ensure safety, social and sustainability requirements, including responsible sourcing, are reflected in sourcing plans and execution thereof.
- Facilitates the commercial planning and tracking processes for the respective global/ regional scope, collaborating with commercial teams to ensure demand requirements, scope of work, timeframes and any specialist requirements are clearly understood and reflected in the pipeline.
- Provide specialist support with capacity requirements, gap analysis work, scenario modelling and scheduling of work.
- Maintain a complete and accurate commercial planning pipeline for the managed portfolio with 12months visibility.
- Monitor and provide visibility to existing and emerging risks associated with commercial activities in South Africa.
- Ensure adoption of the commercial planning tool by the respective team, providing training and support to users as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualification: An undergraduate qualification - Bachelor degree level or equivalent.
- Alternatively relevant tertiary qualification and proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity
- Desirable: A postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline OR a proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity

Experience
- Practical experience in relevant field
- Strong technical knowledge across the Supply Chain value chain, ability to integrate and understand what drives excellence.
- Risk identification and management
