**WHAT YOUR ROLE IS**:
As the team’s Senior Manager, you will provide direction and support to the entire Implementations Team in designing, executing, and monitoring Boldr’s new clients, recurring businesses, and internal initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers flexible, scalable, and high-quality services by taking part in collaborating and designing solutions with all relevant stakeholders.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**Performance Management**:
As part of the Leadership Team, you will be held accountable for the team’s OKRs and for implementing mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate relevant performance metrics. You are expected to use these OKRs as a guide to objectively measure the team’s success as part of our performance management and performance review process. You will also be responsible for addressing any performance-related concerns in collaboration with your team and with our PX department.

**People Development**:
You will be responsible for taking care of each team member’s needs and creating space to ensure that they’re happy, healthy, and successful. To achieve this, you will be expected to conduct regular wellness checks to holistically assess your team members’ needs (mind, body, heart, and soul) and ensure that they have opportunities to seek training for overall personal and professional development. Your role will also include promoting and fostering a culture of continuous improvement by providing regular and constructive feedback to team members.

**Stakeholder Management**:
As the team’s representative for most high-level discussions, you will be expected to develop and maintain authentic relationships with all internal and Client stakeholders. You will be in an influential position to affect organizational changes and decision-making processes. During stakeholder conversations, you will be expected to present a consultative approach and make necessary improvements based on feedback and your stakeholders’ changing needs.

You will also establish yourself as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact and escalation for key stakeholders. You will plan and facilitate sessions for any aspect of service delivery including incident review, problem resolution, and capacity planning.

**Project and Resource Management**:
Considering that each client implementation and internal initiative is treated as a project, you will act as the overall project manager for the team. You will review and sign off on project quotes, implementation plans, and project summaries. You are expected to take the lead in capacity planning and resource management, including the prioritization of key projects based on organizational needs. At the end of every project, you will be responsible for taking the lead in conducting retrospective sessions and creating recommendations based on lessons learned.

**Improvement Initiatives**:
You will be responsible for identifying and driving continuous improvement of technology and processes that will help mitigate risks, improve our Client services, and drive our organizational efficiency. You will also be expected to work with the Leadership Team to create opportunities to improve service delivery and develop new products and service offerings.

**Requirements**:
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field you’re passionate about
- At least 2 years of experience in project management and other related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in team management
- Advanced proficiency in English communication in both written and verbal mediums
- Strong supervisory, coaching, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams cross-functionally to resolve complex issues within designated time frames
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to easily relate to people at various levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence key decision-makers
- Ability to lead multiple, highly visible projects simultaneously
