**Title: Senior Implementation Manager**

**About the role**:
Our client Sedna is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to be one of their founding team members in South Africa, working with their customers globally implementing the Senda Platform. Bringing Sedna into their business is a big, exciting change for many customers. This is a great opportunity for someone to join Sedna at a pivotal moment in their business’ history.

**Your responsibilities**:
Here’s a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:
**Leading implementation projects** - leading the planning and delivering on multiple concurrent projects that will see their customers successfully onboarded onto the Sedna platform. As they work with global companies this will sometimes require travel in order to support them onsite.

**Project administration and reporting - **Using their project software (Vitally) you will manage project governance and produce reports such as status reports, steerco and internal reports on the state of your portfolio.

**Stakeholder coordination** - As the project lead you will be the central liaison between executives, business users, technology teams, and support teams. You will need to facilitate functional and technical discussions and ensure effective communication of project progress to ensure successful delivery.

**Change management** - You will need to execute communication plans and stakeholder analysis that will allow you to take the customer on the change journey. You will also be responsible for creating training plans for each implementation and run training and deskside support with our customers.

**Continuous improvement** - You will need to produce templates, collateral and playbooks that can be improved through reflection and iteration. We should always be looking to improve our service.

**About you**:
We think you’ll need the following **experience and qualifications** to succeed in this role:

- 5+ years of experience in a project management role working across leading large implementation projects simultaneously.
- Exposure in a customer-facing role where you’ve been responsible for managing and communicating with different stakeholders.

**Delivery focused **- you are able to lead and execute multiple projects, successfully tracking and reporting on milestones, and managing issues and risks along the way.

**Collaborative communicator** - you are able to build relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You easily build trust and buy-in which enables you to influence and align all parties so that the project delivers long-term value.

**Proactive and assertive owner** - you are assertive in your ownership of the projects and drive the project forward to meet business objectives. You are constantly reflecting on your wins and failures to actively seek ways to improve how you work.

**Coach **- you have an in-depth understanding of our products and are able to deliver training and adapt it to different stakeholders. Within the training are able to reframe pushbacks to drive change.
