**Key Responsibilities**:
Leadership
- Work with the department heads to provide strategic direction and leadership for the Engineering, Service Design, Production and MERL teams, to ensure excellence within the team
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders in the organisation to develop, drive and refine the company strategy, including presentation of this strategy to the Board of Directors
- Work with the organisation’s senior leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures, short and long-term goals, objectives and plans that align with and enable the overall company strategy
- Challenge the status quo with ideas to drive internal efficiencies and sustainable fundraising based upon solid data analysis and promote continuous learning and improvement
- Monitor industry activity and stay updated on latest industry trends, including the relevant software and practices to be used for the efficient delivery of our projects
- Represent the company to stakeholders, including partners and funders, and provide thought leadership which builds the organisation’s profile externally
- Work with the CEO and department heads to set strategic team objectives that align with the company’s vision and mission and to develop the business plans to enable us to reach those goals

General Management
- Oversee daily operations and enhance internal processes and structures which help Reach Digital Health grow and fulfill its mission
- Take overall responsibility for the output of the Engineering, Service Design, MERL and Production teams, ensuring that each team:

- aligns to the overall direction of the business as well as collaborating effectively between teams
- contributes to the success of the business in terms of meeting stakeholder expectations
- delivers high quality work according to brief, on deadline and within budget
- Build strong relationships with partners and funders to ensure Reach Digital Health’s reputation for delivering excellent solutions is further expanded
- Oversee all implementations and ensure they are having impact inline with our Theory of Change and the Unified Measure of Success
- Ensure that implementations are financially sustainable and appropriately structured to deliver on strategic goals
- Work with the department heads, People Operations team and the Traffic Manager to ensure there is effective capacity planning to ensure high quality project delivery, which is on time and on budget
- Act as the point person to proactively identify and resolve ongoing business problems, cross functional needs, and project risks
- Work with the CEO and Director of Finance & Risk to take overall accountability for all implementation finances and business planning activities, including:

- Oversee all financial plans and budgets relating to the implementations
- Oversee reporting and monitoring of implementation financial metrics, with particular attention being paid to the effective use of funding for project delivery
- Work with the Director of Platform to ensure there’s strategic alignment between the platform and the implementation strategies.

**Relevant Experience and Skills**
- MBA certified or an equivalent experience managing large business units
- 5-10 years of significant operational experience gained in a senior management role
- Demonstrated success in developing and monitoring systems to manage both operational and technical development work that involve high levels of collaboration;
- Exhibit outstanding critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyse data, identify trends, pinpoint problems and root causes, ask probing questions and develop innovative solutions to complex cross-functional problems
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other leaders to develop and execute plans
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic rationale and communicate complex solutions to different audiences
- Comfort and experience working with distributed, multi-functional teams
- Ability to plan and strategize with both partners and colleagues at a senior level
- Strong leadership skills with effective team management capabilities
- A keen attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlin
