Project Administrator

We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and
larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team
members.
**Specific Role Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the project manager/s
- Project plan task tracking
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Process documentation
- Budget and resource management
- Meeting administration
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Matric - Grade 12
- Project Management Certification - **Advantageous**:
- 2 years + of proven Project Administration experience assisting with multidisciplinary projects
within the Information Technology space
**Skills and Personal Attributes**
- Ability to provide support on multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication, collaboration, and team orientation
- Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise work efficiently as well as multitask
- Must have a high drive orientation and be goal-driven
- Must prioritise customer needs at all times.
