**Introduction**:
We are looking to employ a Learning & Development Manager who will be responsible for overall learning delivery for Frontshop, the Pharmacy Academy and Corporate Service training. This role will be based at Clicks Head Office and will report to the Clicks HR Executive.

**Job description**:
**Job Purpose**:

The plan, develop and deliver the learning and development strategy aligned to organisational policies and relevant legislation in order to meet business needs, achieve the operating plan and targets.

**Job Objectives**:

- To identify and consolidate learning needs in line with the operating plan and in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- To develop and source appropriate solutions to develop competencies in order to meet business objectives.
- To develop competencies aimed at building a talent pipeline of competent and empowered workforce.
- To develop and implement an annual learning plan and calendar in line with business requirements, environment, and budget.
- To deliver learning solutions in line with business requirements, quality standards and transformation agenda.
- To monitor, evaluate and report on learning delivery to ensure positive business impact, learning experience and career progression.
- To co-ordinate, consolidate and submit the WSP and ATR in line with organisational and regulatory requirements as well as to maximise recovery of tax and skills rebates.
- To manage the inhouse learning academies and maintain accreditation as a private learning provider in line with regulatory requirements.
- To comply with organisation policy, quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
- To manage financial, human, and other resources in order to deliver the operating plan and achieve business requirements.

- 5 years senior management experience in a large, muti-site organisation
- 3 years’ experience in managing a learning and development/training function or department

- 3 years’ leadership development experience
- Desirable:_
- 3 years’ experience in designing and developing learning solutions.
- 2 years’ experience in online or digital learning.
- 3 years’ experience working as a Skills Development Facilitator.
- 2 years management/leadership coaching experience

**Education**:

Essential:

- 3-year tertiary qualification
- Registered Assessor

Desirable:

- Post graduate qualification: Honours/masters degree
- Registered Moderator
