**BFSI Marketing Manager**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the overall execution and delivery of Marketing and Communications support for our Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) solutions for iSON Xperiences and CSS Solutions.
- Ensure BFSI marketing strategy alignment with the global iSON Xperiences brand strategy
- Custodianship of iSON Xperiences and CSS brand to ensure Corporate Identity compliance and uniform, standardized processes are in place
- Tailor group-wide Marketing and Communication programmes and policies to align with the business needs for the BFSI division.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with global Marketing team to develop digital marketing plans and leverage digital marketing platforms to drive brand awareness and enable sales support
- Align to global iSON Xperiences strategies around the levers of reputation
- Develop marketing initiatives aimed at driving awareness and understanding of our BFSI services and solutions, in alignment with global brand strategy
- Provide measurable ROI of all marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with our BFSI Leadership, CRM and Business Development teams to develop annual marketing plans that meet business objectives through integrated marketing and communication activities and promotes BFSI products and services to relevant target audiences throughout Africa, Middle East, UK and beyond.
- Implement marketing communication activities that position and promote our products and services to our audience, including conferences, exhibitions, marketing collateral, industry body affiliations, webinars, etc
- Develop go to market Sales Enablement plans that will create sales leads, manage sales collateral and toolkits.
- Translate offerings to BFSI customers, based on the iSON Xperiences brand positioning and value proposition.
- Manage all Customer-facing external events within an agreed scope and budget to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage BFSI marketing budget and allocate funds to maximise outcomes and return on investment.
- Analyse research, current market conditions and customer information.
- Produce valuable content for website, blogs, advertisements and marketing media to attract target groups.
- Measure and report on impact and performance of marketing campaigns and insights gained from market.
- Ensure robust briefing of agencies to support campaigns/products/services in line with marketing brief.
- Develop processes to facilitate optimal functioning of marketing communications.
- Assist departments with strategies, blueprints and tactical plans taking into account the evolving BPO, CX Management and BFSI landscape within the target regions.
- Maintain a healthy professional working relationship with agencies and colleagues.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Global Head of Marketing and participate with Senior Management in business reviews.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Some experience in Financial, Banking, Insurance, BPO or CX industries would be beneficial.

- Experience in supporting communication efforts across a multi-Business unit organisation.
- Demonstrated poise and confidence in working with all levels in the company, including senior executives
- Ability to inspire confidence and establish oneself as the communications leader on various teams
- Strong research, writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions; interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work in a positive manner with individuals inside and outside of the company.
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines on time and on budget, work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong project management skills
- Able to travel outside South Africa several times per year
- Excellent organisational and prioritization skills.
