We are seeking a highly organised and proactive **Booking Manager** to help coordinate and manage appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for both divisions.

**The Role**:As a Booking Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all appointments, inspections, and cleaning jobs are scheduled effectively across Pearl Lemon Cleaning and Pearl Lemon Repairs. You will be responsible for liaising with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams (sales, operations, and customer success) to guarantee that services are delivered on time and to the highest standard. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of all appointments, inspections, and jobs for Pearl Lemon Cleaning and Pearl Lemon Repairs.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and the internal sales and operations teams to ensure clear communication and timely booking of services.
- Work closely with subcontractors to confirm availability, ensuring each job is assigned to the most suitable team member.
- Manage daily communications through platforms such as WhatsApp and internal CRM systems to ensure all parties are updated on the status of bookings and changes.
- Ensure subcontractors are briefed on job requirements and client expectations, including any specific instructions or challenges.
- Monitor ongoing appointments and adjust schedules as needed, resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a job.
- Support the sales team in booking inspections and upselling opportunities, ensuring that each client receives a timely follow-up for additional services.
- Maintain a detailed record of all bookings, interactions, and feedback to continually optimise the scheduling process and improve client satisfaction.
- Track and report on booking performance, highlighting trends and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Booking Manager, Scheduler, or in a similar operations management role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and clients simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of daily tasks.
- Familiarity with using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms to manage bookings and client interactions.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experience in cleaning, repairs, or facilities management is preferred but not required.
