**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 4 - 5 Years relevant experience required
- Computer Literacy
- Valid Driver’s license (council driving tag advantages or ability to

pass test)
Key Performance Areas
- Control the administrative requirements associated with the

section/unit/depot, by ensuring administrative and departmental
procedures and guidelines are adopted, applied and complied
with in all transactions.
- Coordinating the implementation of procedures systems and

controls related to the receiving, updating and recording of
transactional/operational information and activities associated with
the functionality.
- Monitor the consolidation, processing and presentation of

functional information by ensuring information and records detailing
insurance activities are maintained and made available to support
departmental planning and decision making process as well as
supporting the operational outputs.
- Co-ordinate the administrative dimension associated with the

processing of Logistic Section's related queries and complaints at
the Logistic Support Branch.
- Monitoring the processing of information/complaints recorded on

the system and/or extracting specific reports to facilitate analysis
and follow-up on outstanding matters with the various regions.
- Perform specific activities associated with providing support to line

functions, by ensuring support is made available to enable
accomplishment of service delivery objectives and standards.
- Interacting with staff in the regions with a view to consolidating,

referring and responding to specific problems or clarifying
procedural interpretation and understanding.
