**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Main purpose of position:
CipherWave a South African Internet Service Provider (ISP) that provides businesses with a range of solutions to help them connect, communicate, and collaborate with their customers, employees, and suppliers We own and manage our own network infrastructure, which enables us to provide efficient, speedy service and support that our customers can count on 24/7.

You will be working with our existing, highly skilled, innovative, and driven Cloud Support and Sales teams, allowing you to be a Cloud Ambassador for all our cloud products and services You will be working with all the latest cloud computing technologies, ensuring our customers get a return on their investment.
- Responsibilities and duties:
- Analyse customer needs for Cloud Services or Migration to Cloud.
- Designing technical and commercial offerings for potential customers.
- Preparing technical responses for RFIs and RFPs.
- Must be willing to travel to customers to lead meetings and presentations.
- Cooperation with vendors and external service providers.
- Working with the sales, marketing and product management teams to identify and assess Cloud market opportunities.
- Collaborating with team members to evaluate and implement cloud technologies.
- Modifying and improving product offerings, solutions and pricing.
- Interacting with clients/resellers, and suppliers, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
- Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
- Product P&L Ownership and Reporting.
- Desired skills & experience- Must understand Cloud Technologies and Virtualisation (Hypervisors).
- Experience in Data centres.
- Experience with migrating Customer Workloads into Cloud ie, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
- Must have product and commercial experience in order to present pricing and create / construct solution pricing.
- Cloud environment exposure with deep knowledge of internet service provider products and services.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ie, the ability to make decisions and assess risk.
- Clear communication (both written and oral), including influencing skills.
- Flexible approach to work and used to working in a stressful environment.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and with clients.
- Microsoft 365.
- Azure.
- DNS, SSL & Domains.
- Networking Skills.
- Exchange 2013+.
- Active Directory.
- Windows Server.
- Veeam.
- Citrix Virtual Apps & NetScaler.
- Hyper-V and VMWare.
- Minimum experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Minimum 5 years in sales / pre-sales/product with focus on Cloud Technologies.
- Minimum qualification:
- MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A+, N+, MCSE or equivalent.
- AZ-900.
- MS-900.
- AZ-104.
- VMCE (Beneficial).
- Additional requirements:
- Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to travel to customers.
- Must be a South African Citizen.
