- **Executive Assistant Manager always, being self-managed, attention to details and sense of urgency**
- **Strict daily control with financial transactions and daily revenues**
- **Clearly demonstrate in action and word and will to execute code of conduct of STC/CSH**
- At all-time 24/7/365 be contactable on phone in case of emergencies
- Adhere to all Finance and Company standard policies and procedures at all time
- Stop Work Authority - If ANY employee/managers and/or colleagues ask you to deviate from code of conduct and/or safety policies & procedures
- No staff are allowed in any F&B outlets off duty - unless approved by the company. Mon a case-by-case basis - Only GGM, EAMs., HMs and corporate senior management team are allowed to use outlets independently as per policy. No credits are given to anybody - All pay for their own drink and food and get reimbursed according to policy in case they are entitled to.
- To provide direct leadership, expertise, coaching and direction to the department heads and managers of the business units to ensure all targets are met in a professional and timely manner whilst ensuring strategic direction is achieved or exceeds expectations.

- Ensure compliance in all relevant areas for all aspects of the operation
- Ensure 100% proactive control of all F&B administration and projects
- Provide on time factual based reports to the business as required in a timely manner
- Maximizes room revenues and profits by anticipating and planning for market shifts working with corporate office
- Oversees the development and execution of local marketing plans and promotions
- Ensure compliance to all financial procedures as well as archiving and filing of data
- Ensure F&B stock take is accurate accounted for as well as revenues streams are
- Manage operations to ensure budget is worked within.
- Continuously cost Saving Initiatives and uphold procedures
- Ensure all accounting and financial policies and procedures are followed
- Continually seek innovative solutions for the business that decrease cost of operations, increase revenue, and do not compromise quality or reputation.
- Attend scheduled training as required for self and teams

- Manage all critical operational aspects of the departments to ensure agreed targets are met
- Conduct daily briefings and direct leadership to department heads and management and follow up.
- On the floor visible for guests and employees to always inspire and transfer knowledge and training and guest satisfaction
- Oversees the delivery of superior services to all guests ensuring the utmost quality and care is delivered including prompt response to requests and the effective resolution of all complaints to the satisfaction of guests
- Maximizes food and beverage revenues by ensuring optimal use of banquet/outlet space and most cost-effective management of the hotel's food and beverage outlets
- Oversees the security function to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets.
Ensures that product quality and service standards are met in all areas of the hotel as pertains to physical appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness. Establishes and maintains preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel

- Establish and build positive relationships with suppliers/clients for the future growth of the business
- Establishes and maintains a proactive human resources communication to ensure employee motivation, training and development, pay and benefit administration, and compliance with policies and procedures and local labor regulations. Fosters positive employee/labor relations with employees and local bargaining units (as applies).
- Effectively inform all stakeholders of business progress on all significant issues and projects
**Daily Tasks/Duties**

- Strong visibility in restaurant and F&B outlets to be ambassador for the hotels and meet clients
- Daily control and check of ledgers - No Credits are offered - only secure payments
- Conduct daily morning briefings and direct leadership with clear expectations and tasks to be delivered
- Conduct daily property walks to outlets and back-office areas - visibility
