Are you a confident, highly capable individual that has been in the critical role of administration in a busy sales department? Our well-established international client in Airport Industria, a supplier of world class products, requires your expertise working in a sales department, working with purchase orders, delivery notes, invoicing, receipting, ordering, and planning of stock.

Your Intermediate Excel knowledge (formulas, Vlookup) and strong communication skills to support clients will be essential to grow and excel in this role.

**Requirements**:

- Matric, qualification highly advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in similar role
- Own transport ESSENTIAL
- MS Office proficient - Intermediate Excel, able to do Formulas & Vlookup
- Experience working on an accounting system - SAGE, Pastel Partner advantageous
- Must have ability to communicate confidently and professionally on all levels
- Accuracy/High Attention to detail essential
- Logical & critical thinker with integrity
- Ability to multi-task with essential administration requirement’s, working independently or in groups
- Proactive individual who wants to grow their skills
- Good time management & deadline driven

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Sales Administration Duties:

- Perform the processing of sales orders (local and cross-border), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform receipting of Inventory order invoices into system.
- Manage the sales invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customers for products or services rendered.
- Coordinate with various departments such as, sales, finance, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and other relevant documentation
- Perform general administrative duties to support the efficient functioning of the Finance and Sales department
- Support with Annual External Audit queries.
- Manage Travel Arrangements

Logistic and Procurement Coordination Duties:

- Stock Forecasting: Conduct monthly forecast meetings with sales team.
- Prepare stock forecast files and coordinate with demand planner for the region
- Stock Order: Plan stock requirements and initiate procurement orders
- Logistics / Forwarding: Support the warehouse team where applicable with the Freight Forward arrangement & admin (Importing and Exporting managed by third party)
