**Summary**:
We are seeking a talented Website Assistant to join our eCommerce team for a period of 6 months.

You will have a minimum of 1+ years' experience, be a self-motivated individual who loves the digital world, with a strong eye for detail and commercial awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting with the Headwater web development project. Sourcing & uploading content for new CMS as part of the rebuild
- Responsible for basic site maintenance & uploading content on to the current Headwater website
- Responsible for the execution of all promotions and marketing campaigns on the Headwater website
- Liaise with the Creative & Product teams to ensure website is up to date, ensuring integrity and consistency of content.
- Perform site walks regularly and flag any issues to senior Web Manager
- Support with weekly insights on Headwater KPIs as well as any other supporting insights
- Support the Ecom Executive with performance reporting on a weekly/Monthly basis
- Supporting the Ecom team with any ad-hoc requirements

**Freelancer Requirements**:

- Prior freelancing experience in a similar role
- Digital Marketing/Ecommerce experience preferable
- Experience using Google Analytics and Excel preferable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Drive, with a pro-active nature and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Previous experience with WordPress advantage but not essential.
