**Web Development** **Solutions Coordinator**

**Introduction**

Our client is looking for a Web Development Solutions Coordinator to join their team. You will work on a diverse range of clients, delivering measurable return on investment and organic growth. You will be responsible for managing various web development projects, including client liaison, building relationships with clients on a client service level, and management. You will work alongside a skilled team of developers and digital marketing experts to craft top-tier websites and provide outstanding website-related services.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with both local and international clients on a regular basis
- Website Development Scoping: Ensure a comprehensive understanding of each project, brief developers, compile quotes and solution proposals.
- Project management and support: Skilfully oversee the complete website development project lifecycle, from initial planning and capacity/resource management to website launch and post-sales service. This encompasses thorough testing and revisions, stringent quality control measures and risk management.
- Team Coordination and Management: Serve as the main point of contact between diverse teams (designers, developers, content creators) and stakeholders. Ensure efficient communication and collaboration across the project's entire life cycle.
- Ensure a solid understanding of the client's environment, business goals, and best practices to recommend ideal solutions for desired business outcomes
- Stabilisation and advanced web development products: Recognise opportunities for enhancing existing products and innovating the creation of new products.
- Supporting team members in matters related to websites, including offering assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving conflicts.
- Quote tracking and profitability analysis
- Work under pressure and be fully adaptable to the ever-changing world of web development.
- Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training as well as define, monitor, and analyse trends
- Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs of the company

- You are passionate about web development and helping companies grow
- You are a skilled project manager with a demonstrated history of success in web development (minimum 1 year)
- You are a fast learner with a great work ethic
- You have effective time management, project management, and organisational skills
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a positive attitude and a growth mindset
- You have a tertiary education
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets)
- Your own laptop/Desktop computer
- Ability and passion to educate and share industry knowledge with less experienced team members
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced projects

**Education**
- Tertiary Education and minimum 1-year experience in a similar environment
